Went here for few times thinking all is great, but now when i check back all the things they have done. All my bolt placements are all rounded. Using wrong size bolts for different areas. Boss is great, mechanic not so much.
Excellent service by Jovi, Norman, and their mechanics. Always willing to share their knowledge and help you maintain or do upgrades (haha) to your bike within your budget. They really treat your bike as though it's their own bike. Highly recommended place to go to!

Black industry is indeed the bikeshop to go to. Jovi and his mechanics are really professional and know what quality is suppose to look like. Price is right and every individual is truly taken care of by Jovi himself. He understands what you want and gives you what you need. Trustworthy and genuine team. First encounter with Jovi-Down to earth boss.. Now become more like brotherly relationship than customer. Norman boss is quiet (that's his style) but friendly once he opens up. David the salesman - humble and honest. This 3 front man is trademark friendly and outright brotherly regardless u buy bike or service bike.Special mention to 2 msian mechs who r helpful and really gives good advise on what is needed and what is not.Do not be put off by the shop name, they are anything but black.. In fact when I'm out of job and needed a bike urgently, Jovi n David step up their game and assisted me in securing a bike for doing deliveries. This is 1 bike shop I will support fully with their friendly prices and honest dealings.I'm a real customer and not paid to do this review, I'm doing this review cos of my heart-felt thanks to Jovi n David.

Went there for the 2nd time to service my bike and i could say their Customer Service was excellent. All their staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Mechanics was knowledgeable and honest. The mechanics will tell you what are the things to change and the things that you do not need to change first. I highly recommended this shop. Definitely will come back again .. Thumbs up to the team!
Visited Black Industry about 2 weeks ago for the first time. Both Jovi & Norman are very friendly and would share their knowledge about bikes despite being a newbie. The shop is well organized and spacious with a good range of bikes being put on display - easily accessible, can shop for future bike upgrades too! Very professional and extra mile service from Norman and his partner (sorry didn't take note of his name). The mechanics were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Being a newbie, i went to do an overall check on my bike which i bought second hand. Norman did a test drive and told me exactly what they will need to work on and why. Later on, after the repairs, a very reasonable amount was charged even though they could have squeezed my wallet being a newbie in riding. But they were very honest and professional. WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE WITH THEM FOR ALL MY FUTURE servicing needs! Kudos to the team
By far the best place I have been will give advice for ur bike. Under all the bike servicing shop, black industry is by far the best I have ever been and it will be my go to place for any maintenance for my bike highly recommend
Although they are a new establishment. The staff there were very welcoming. Not sure if they were hungry for my money but definitely I will go back to them to service my bike again. Fast and easy going bunch of guys. They ensure all my requirement were met. Impressive!
